Do you accept returns of QIKPAC batteries?

OE does accept returns of unopened QIKPAC batteries to our Wakefield facility. The return shipping cost will be chargeable to the customer and there will be a 25% restocking fee.
It is a legislated requirement for transporting Lithium Ion batteries that they be packaged in UN certified packaging – e.g. the packaging in which the QIKPAC batteries are delivered.
It must always be recognised that whilst safe to use, Li-ion batteries always have a very small risk of thermal runaway, albeit as little as 1ppm or less – and in this regard, a customer should carry out a risk analysis for their specific application, taking into consideration installation (avoiding contact with flammable materials), use (avoiding impact damage or squashing) and maintenance (accessibility in case of need for removal).
