As the POWERCONNECT system is designed to work within such tight spaces, the project was a breeze for both the fitters and the customer – saving the time and labour costs associated with traditional underfloor power systems, whilst preserving the floor structure through minimal cutting requirement.
With the ease of modular PDUs, Codemasters were able to quickly upgrade their desk configuration from 4 desks to 8 desks in a matter of seconds.
Together with the addition of OE’s POLARICE desktop power units, each of the desks was supplied with data connectivity, AC & TUF USB power, with all cables being fed through the underfloor system via a grommet and Pathfinder for a group of desks.
