IF YOU HAVE A FAULTY PRODUCT WITHIN WARRANTY

Report any suspected product failure to OE promptly via email.

OE will assess the issue and may require returning the goods for investigation. Upon confirmation of a covered fault, OE will repair or replace the product at no cost.

OE will repair or replace, at its own option, those parts which are confirmed as defective by OE within the above warranty periods.

Replacement parts are covered only for the remaining warranty period. Claims must be made in writing within 60 days after the warranty period ends.
